She has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, specialising in software testing, infrastructure and automation. Tania Lang is founder and principal of PeakXD, a UX Brisbane based consultancy, which she founded in 2003. She is proud to be called a UX Geek, is passionate about user experience and has been known to conduct ethnographic studies of users reading poorly designed toilet direction signs at airports. Tania is also a highly regarded and experienced trainer having delivered UX training to over 1800 participants including in-house training for ATO, DHS, CASA and several other government agencies. Over the last 20 years Tania has usability tested sites and systems for many different industries and clients with hundreds of end user participants and has seen a lot of interesting things!
